• Translate B2C business strategy into tactical planning, execute the B2C Business BAU & Key Projects, Identify opportunity and gap in the EdTech market

• Manage a project, planning & budgeting, achieving objectives of scope, quality, time and cost; organize and lead project status and working meetings; preparing progress reports; proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues; managing project changes;

• Manage & develop relationships with other internal business head, key prospects, sales pipeline & key business stakeholders

• Team Management – Holding team lead & member accountable for their BAU & project responsibilities and deliverables; proactively ensuring that teams are “in sync” in terms of communication, schedules, issues, etc.; developing project teams by promoting empowerment, engagement and high quality deliverables.

• Build a sales culture that promote accountability but also agility to cater different challenge in Indonesia fragmented market / segments


• Driven, proactive, strategic thinker and a do-er.

• A strong communicator with the ability to pull out and summarize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences. Comfortable and confident presenting to prospects / existing clients & executives.

• Ability to take a consultative approach to understand requirements, drill into details, and propose solutions.

• Ability to think creatively to define innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.

• Skilled in interpreting technical information and communicating this information to different audiences in a way they can understand.

• Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members, cross functions & stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively address and resolve conflict within and across teams.

• Deltek is a fast-paced and dynamic environment; the ability to multitask on different activities concurrently and react quickly to movements in the business is critical.

• Familiar with Board presentations, Excel based calculations, etc.
